These communication features allow transaction coordinators and RE Agents to keep track of all contract deadlines!
You will want to review the video on this feature that allows you to sync transaction Contract Deadlines and Custom Deadlines to your Outlook, Google or iCal calendar(s).

If you are interested in setting up this feature within your CTM eContracts account, please follow the step-by-step instructions, located in the Utilities section of eContracts, for the calendar you use. Once Dates/Deadlines are input into any transaction, CTM eContracts will monitor those deadlines and display warnings, indicating how many days a deadline is overdue.
The Contract Deadlines link on the Detailed Dashboard view will display a red dot as a warning if there are any overdue deadlines.

The eCalendar for All Transactions link on the Main Dashboard will show transactions in red, where any Deadline is overdue for any active transaction. Be sure to click on your eCalendar for All Transactions link at least once a week.
Important: Uncheck the box Monitor Contract Deadlines in the Contract Deadlines link on the Detailed Dashboard if you don`t want to receive Contract Deadline Email Notifications. You can then track them in the main calendar.
Email Notification Status: The system can automatically send you emails indicating due deadlines or coming due.
Click on Contract Deadline Email Notification Settings located under the Utilities link to access these settings which are for all your transactions.
