Parent Contract Templates Can SAVE You A Lot Of Time!
We recommend creating a PARENT CONTRACT-Listing TEMPLATE a PARENT CONTRACT-Sale (CBS) TEMPLATE and a PARENT CONTRACT-Buyer Agency TEMPLATE
How To Create Your Template
1. Click on CREATE NEW CONTRACT link
2. Select the radio button for the name of the Parent Contract
3. Click the Create Selected Contracts button
The EDITING Section of your new contract will come up in its own window or tab of your browser. Complete this document with the basic/general information that you use in your contract.
TIP: In the name field of the contract type in either Listing Template or Sales Template or a more specific name if you wish.
TIP: Take the Date out of your template. Be sure to click on the Calendar icon and locate the CLEAR button.
TIP: You may want to put the YEAR in the last name field so your templates sort to the top of your client list on your Main homepage (Digital Filing Cabinet). Also, MIDDLE NAME DOES NOT APPEAR on your client list, so you may want to put the entire template name in the First Name field.
How To Use Your Template, so you do not lose your template
Each time you get a call for help, and you go directly to, Create a New Contract to create the Parent Contract, once that contract opens in its own window/tab, you will populate in the information from the template by clicking the orange Create by copying from an Existing Contract link, found under the date in each contract.
TIP: Always READ what is in RED: Put your clients name in the correct fields and then click the SAVE button. Then the radio buttons, notes, provision language in your template will populate into your new contract as the page refreshes itself.
