O & E Order

One important feature of CTM eContracts is the ability to electronically order an O&E.  You can simply order with the click of a mouse and choosing a title company from the CTM Software Network. There is no need to fax or email orders. Most of the information entered  the EXCLUSIVE RIGHT-TO-SELL LISTING CONTRACT (Parent Contract) will populate into the order form.

NOTE:  When you order an O&E from the Main Dashboard, it will not be attached to a Detailed Transaction.  You will have to type all the required information.

When you order from the Detailed Dashboard you are attaching the order to a specific Detailed Transaction. You can also Order Title from the Detailed Dashboard

To order an O&E you can either:

a) Click on O&E link from the Main Dashboard 

OR

b) Navigate into a particular Detailed Transaction

Once inside the transaction, from the Detailed Dashboard click on the O&E link

Steps to ordering an O&E electronically:

1. Select the Title Company by clicking on the company logo. 
NOTE: To find all our Title Partners, you may have to click on the orange link Click here for ADDITIONAL TITLE COMPANIES.
2. Next select the Title Co Branch, Title Closer and Sales Rep. You only need to choose this information once and from there after the system will remember your Title Company choice. If you would like to change the Company, Closer or Sales Rep., click on the orange link CHANGE Title Co. - Sales Rep. in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Fill out the O&E Order Form and then click on the Send email button.


External O&E Orders:
1. To order an O&E with a title company that is not a CTM Title Partner, you need to click the orange link EXTERNAL O&E ORDER.
2. Next, select the Title Co Branch, Title Closer and Sales Rep. You only need to choose this information once and from there after the system will remember your Title Company choice. If you would like to change the Company, Closer or Sales Rep., click on the orange link CHANGE Title Co. - Sales Rep. in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Fill out the O&E Order Form and then click on the Send email button.
