It is important to remember that you can log-in anywhere you have internet access and monitor your business.
With the Vacation Notice feature/option, you can select members of your team and allow them certain user rights to your eContracts account. You will want to watch the Help Video Tutorial: Team Member Access
To update your current clients that you will be out of town or unavailable and provide them information on who to contact if they need assistance, create and send a Vacation Notice.
On your Main Dashboard click on Vacation Notice link. If you have already designated a Team Member to watch your business, you can select that Team Member from the drop-down window. The Team Members contact information will propagate into the Vacation Notice.
If you give another Agent/Broker Team Member Access, they can manage your business, correspond with your clients and manage your active contracts as needed. If you have not pre-selected a Team Member you can type in the name of who will be watching your business and their contact info. Make sure to then select the time frame for your vacation or the dates you will be unavailable using the calendar icons.
Once you have created this Notice, you can Email the notice to your clients, or you can print out a Letter for your clients you are currently working with.
