One important feature of CTM eContracts is the ability to electronically order your Title Documents from any one of our multiple Title Company partners. You no longer need to fax, call or email title orders separate from your CONTRACTS/ DISCLOSURES/ DOCUMENTS.
Most of the information entered in the PARENT CONTRACT will auto-populate into the online Title Order form found within the Detailed Dashboard for each transaction. You can simply order your title work with the click of a mouse, choosing a title company from the CTM Software Network.
When you order title, you will select which documents the title company can access. You can add or remove documents at any time, even after the order has been sent. The title company will receive access to those contracts /documents (that you choose) automatically with the title order. The title company can also upload documents into your account, Title Commitment, CIC Docs, Tax Cert, etc.
You can always review or update your Title Order at any time by clicking on Title Order link. You will want to review all Title help videos under this topic (Title Order) for more information about this Save Time feature.

To Order Title through one of our Partners, you must first navigate into a particular Detailed Transaction. Once inside the Detailed Transaction click on the Title Order link on the right-hand Detailed Dashboard.
1. Select the title company by clicking on the company logo.
NOTE: If you do not see the Title Company logo on the first screen, click on the orange ADDITIONAL TITLE COMPANIES link at the bottom of the screen. External Title Order: To order title with a title company that is not in our CTM Software Network, you need to click the orange icon EXTERNAL O&E OR TITLE ORDER
2. Select the Title Co. Branch, Title Closer and Sales Rep. You only need to choose this once. After that the software will remember your favorite Title Company in the future unless you want to change to a different company.
3. The Title Company will receive the order form, through email, once you finish filling it out completely, save, save and save while updating and then once you are ready, click on the blue button at the very top of the screen: Ready to send title order> Send Order to Title Co.
