Dashboard BASIC Navigation

Before creating Electronic Contracts and Folders, it is helpful to become familiar with the design and best practices for moving around your eContracts account. Understanding the difference between the Main Dashboard and the Detailed Dashboard is fundamental to navigating within eContracts.

NOTE: Do not use your browsers back arrow in the upper left or the X in the upper right corners, as they will close your browser and you could lose what you just saved.

If you are on the Main Dashboard then eContracts is a live link and it will navigate you to your digital filing cabinet,  CLIENTS WITH CONTRACTS. If you choose any link on your Main Dashboard and you want to return to that main page, simply click on eContracts near the top right of your Main Dashboard.

When you click on a Client Name you will see that all Transaction Folders are displayed over time for that client, and you are still on your Main Dashboard.  This digital folder is called,  LISTING & SALE CONTRACTS for this Client.

When you click on an individual Transaction Folder (LIST/SALE or Exclusive Right-to-Buy) you will go into the Detailed Transaction and now, in the upper right-hand corner, you will see CTM eContracts - Detail. While inside of a Detailed Transaction when you click on any of the links on the  Detailed Dashboard, the most effective way to return to the list of electronic documents is to click on eContracts on the Detailed Dashboard. If you are on a Detailed Dashboard and you wish to return to your main page, click on the bold MAIN link on the right-hand side of the dashboard. This will return you to your main-home page or your digital filing cabinet.

NOTE:  When you open any electronic contracts, they open in a NEW window/tab.  Your eContracts account is still open in the background.  Once you have completed the contract/document and have clicked SAVE, and you are trying to return to the transactions Detail Dashboard, simply close the single tab the document is open in. DO NOT click on the BIG RED X at the top right of your browser!
