View All O & E Orders Sent

View All O&E Orders Sent Over Time:

1. From the Main Dashboard click on O&E link

2. Select the Title Company by clicking on the company logo. If you need to find additional Title Companies, click on the orange link Click here for ADDITIONAL TITLE COMPANIES.

3. At the top of the screen click on View All O & E Orders Sent. The next screen will show all the O&E`s that you have ordered.

To View All O&E Orders for a Detailed Transaction:

1. Click on the O&E link on the Detailed Dashboard

2. All O&E Orders for that Property Address will be displayed

 

All O&E Orders Emails will be Posted Under the Messages System:

1. Click on the Messages link on the Main Dashboard

2. Scroll down to the O&E Order Form email, date and time stamped

NOTE: It is recommended that you associate each O&E to each transaction

3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the SAVE button and select/highlight the property address

4. Click the Save button and a date will reflect on the Detailed Dashboard within the transaction

NOTE: This date keeps everyone in the know of when the O&E was ordered

5. Upload the copy of the O&E from the Title Company to the Docs Management folder
