This feature gives you the ability to set up communication through email notifications for all contract deadlines you are tracking after going under contract.
Click on Utilities, from the Main Dashboard, and then scroll down and click on Contract Deadlines: Email Notification Settings.
You have the option of receiving: One, Two or No email reminder notifications.
Days Before Due: Select the number of days prior to the deadline that you would like to receive an email notification. You can select up to 15 days in advance.
On Due Date: Check this box for every deadline you would like to receive an email notification on the due date.
Outlook/Google: Check this box for every deadline you would like to see on your Outlook, Google or iCal calendar.
NOTE: If you leave all the fields blank for a particular deadline then you will not receive email notifications and the deadline will not be synced to your email calendar (Outlook, Google or iCal).
All Contract Deadline Dates, once under contract, should be listed under the Contracts Deadline link found in the Detail Transaction View on the Detailed Dashboard. These same dates will be displayed on the eCalendars which are features available in your eContracts account.
You will find the eCalendar for All Transactions on the Main Dashboard and under the Detailed Dashboard, you will find a link to the eCalendar for that specific transaction address.
Syncing Deadline Dates to your Personal Calendar:
Within Utilities and under Personal Settings, you can set up your Outlook, Google, or iCalendar to receive contract deadline notifications. Click on your calendar of choice and follow the steps. Ensure that you have checked the third box under Contract Deadline Email Notification Settings to sync these notifications with your email calendar.
