This feature relates to any required company template that requires both the seller, and eventually the buyer, to sign. Generally, the SMART document this refers to will be a published company template, such as the Affiliated Business Agreement.

NOTE:

1) You are only allowed to add Buyer/Agent Names to a locked SMART Document

2) When you are working a Listing transaction AND

3) The company template was created for both parties to sign
