You will first navigate into a particular Detailed Transaction. Once you have accessed the Detailed Transaction screen, you will click on the Title Order link found on the Detailed Dashboard on the right.
You can cancel the order by checking the Cancel Order box in the upper left hand corner, then click the Save button.
The system will automatically send an email to the title company indicating the cancellation of the order.
At this point, you can click on eContracts or MAIN to work another transaction or you can click on the orange link to Change Title Co and or Sales Rep.
