Listing Agents: When you have received a Contract to Buy and Sell from the selling agent, also using eContracts, you can view the offer and upload a hard copy of the contract into your Docs Management folder in an instant!
From the main screen:
1) Click on your client`s name
2) Click on the listing address
3) Scroll to the bottom of your listing documents for that transaction and locate the Integration connection box
4) Click on View Offer - CBS Contract to view the offer
5) Click on Place offer as PDF in Docs Management** to create a PDF copy of the CBS and have it automatically uploaded into your Docs Management
NOTE: Click on this link again to upload the CBS after your clients have signed the contract or countered/rejected. The software will prompt you to respond if you wish to Duplicate or Overwrite the first PDF that you placed in Docs Management prior to your client(s) signing or initialing (counter/reject).
