Team Member Access

This is a very important feature in which you can allow a team member or vice versa to have access to Contracts, Creating Contracts, Clauses, and Client Database, separately or combined. There is also a Login As access feature which is full access.

This feature is used to allow access to current active or under contract transactions to another CTMeContracts user watching your business while on a vacation or business trip. Quick Access = Efficiency.

NOTE:  If you choose to give Login As access, there will be an orange icon found under the Utilities link - Login As and it means login as another team member with full access without knowing or having to remember his/her user name and password.

The way to locate a potential team member(s) is to click on Add Team Member. This will bring up a search window where you will enter the first and last names and the CTM email address of the agent you wish to add as a Team Member. Once that agent is located you will then click on the agent`s name and check the box under each column to assign access as you wish. Then click on the blue Save Changes.

NOTE: The word Access means: View / Edit / Change / Save. Every time the access status is changed you and the other team member will receive an email confirmation with that change. If you wish to Delete a Team Member you simply click on their name, select Delete and click Save Changes.

There is also a display letting you know the team members that have given you access to their accounts. This is an excellent feature for a Managing Broker or mentors. It allows mentors access to an apprentice agent`s contracts for review.
