This feature is used to help you collect all necessary data before a Detailed Transaction is closed.
It will calculate commission.
If the transaction is Integrated, the information for the other agent in the transaction will auto-populate as part of the Integration or Linking process when you click on the green link Update Buyer & Selling Agent Info in C Sheets.
If you are the Listing Agent and you added the Title Company information into your CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS, this will automatically populate into the Closing MLS Info.
For either side of a transaction, you can update fields for title company and lender, by clicking on the CTM Lender-Mortgage Database or CTM Title Co. Database.
There are fields to record Referring Agent information, U/C Date, Closing Date, Sold Price, MLS information, concessions, etc.
You can also make entries into Log - Notes by entering Notes in the Closing MLS Info. Whenever you make any changes or additions to Closing MLS Info be sure to click the Save button at the top or bottom of the screen.
NOTE: Closing MLS Info should be kept current in order to provide accurate information for writing reports and to ensure that your Full or Transaction Report has all of the relevant information for your Detailed Transaction.
