Before creating any Electronic Contract(eContract), it is helpful to become familiar with the layout and how to move around in your account.

Before creating any Smart Contract(templated PDF), it is helpful to become familiar with the layout and how to move around in your account.

eContracts are stored in four (4) folders.

When logging into CTM eContracts your starting point will always give you access to your Digital Filing Cabinet (Clients with Contracts) in the center of the web page and the Main Dashboard on the right-side of the same web page.

The folders are as follows:

1. CLIENTS WITH CONTRACTS Folder contains a list of all clients who have active transactions tied to a PARENT CONTRACTNOTE:  Your Main homepage should only display your Active and U/C Clients and transactions.

2. Hidden Clients w/Contracts folder which contains a list of clients you have hidden, removing them from the Main homepage folder. These clients can be unhidden at any time. NOTE:  It is best to change the Transaction Status of each transaction file instead of hiding it. (The Transaction Status link can be found on the Detailed Dashboard within a Detailed Transaction.)

3. MISCELLANEOUS CONTRACTS folder which contains contracts not tied to a PARENT CONTRACT.

4. Deleted Contracts folder (bucket) on the Main Dashboard.  Anytime you delete an electronic document from a transaction, these DO NOT Permanently Delete.  You can Unhide at any time and put the document right back into the transaction whence it came.

Smart Contracts are stored in three (3) folders.

The folders are as follows:

1. CLIENTS WITH CONTRACTS Folder contains a list of all clients who have active transactions tied to a PARENT CONTRACTNOTE:  Smart Contracts will be located under the Docs Management folder.

3. Miscellaneous Docs Management folder which contains Smart contracts not tied to a PARENT CONTRACT.

NOTE:  Smart documents are templated PDF's.  If you Delete one of these from any folder above, they are NOT saved in a deleted bucket.  You will have to re-upload the PDF from your computer or Templates Library.
