Clause Library Feature

This feature allows you to create, store, and insert personalized clause paragraphs into contracts without having to type them again and again. Clauses can be accessed from most of the electronic CONTRACTS/DISCLOSURES/DOCUMENTS. Look for the CLAUSES link at the top right of a field inside the document to insert into that section of a document.

You can also access your clause library by clicking on the CLAUSES link located above your list of clients on the Main homepage, CLIENTS WITH CONTRACTS

Important:  If you subscribe to Frascona Law Firm or Damion Cox, their legal clauses will be loaded to your account automatically.

NOTE:  You also have the ability to share clauses through Team Member Access found under Utilities.

You may create a clause at the time you are accessing the clause library to insert into a document or from the Main homepage link.

1. After you click on the CLAUSES link, click on the CREATE NEW CLAUSE link at the top right

2. Type in the name of your clause and the associated text

3. Click SAVE

NOTE:  You may edit any clause entry that you create at any time.  Any clause entry shared with you or provided from your brokerage, will only be editable once inserted into an electronic document.
