As the Listing Agent, you can stay organized by creating individual Sub Folders for Multiple Offers received through your client`s Detailed Transaction page.
Each of these folders will hold a set of disclosures with the Buyer`s name(s) included or organize your history of uploaded documents to Docs Management folder
NOTE: You will want to review the Buyer Transaction Folder video on the multiple ways to create these folders.
Your Docs Management Folder also provides you access to these Sub Folders to help you organize all ancillary documents received from each buyer`s agent or Title Company, including: Earnest money release, buyer signed lead-based paint disclosure, copy of the Earnest Money check, the lender approval letter, ALL Title documents, etc.
Today you can quickly Drag and Drop associated documents directly into Sub Folders.
Another way to organize documents is to click on the yellow folder icon. This will produce a pop-up window. You can use the drop-down box to select the folder where you would like to move the document.
You can create folders on either the eContracts or Docs Management side of your transaction folder: just click on the orange link Organize Documents by Buyer`s Name to produce a pop-up window titled Manage/Create Transaction FOLDERS. Type the name for your folder and click the Add Folder button.
NOTE: Now consider the scenario where you have received a hard copy, wet-signed contract from a non-eContracts agent. You must first scan this document into your computer and add it to your Docs Management folder. Once you`ve created a Buyer Folder you can move that contract into the new folder with the Buyer`s Name
Whether you create a Sub Folder from within Docs Management or from the eContracts Page, the folders will be available in both the eContracts and Docs Managements portions of your Detailed Transaction.
Now this Buyer Folder Feature keeps you organized!
NOTE: If you open your eContracts EMAIL Client within a folder, the list of documents will default to Original Docs. The folder icons in your CTM EMAIL Client are shown below the list of auto populated email addresses and above the list of CONTRACTS/DISCLOSURES/DOCUMENTS. You may need to click into the appropriate Sub Buyer Folder or click on View All to see the documents you wish to email.
