There are two ways to create the Lead Based Paint Pamphlet, to email with the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure or Obligations, once a PARENT CONTRACT has been created.
Create "Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home", instantaneously using Quick Start
1. Once you get that call for help, click on CREATE NEW CONTRACT
2. Click on the first Save Time feature, QUICK START
3. Click and highlight the PARENT CONTRACT
4. Continue scrolling down the web page to the EPA Brochures category and click the box for 1.a- Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home
5. Once you have checked the box, click on CREATE SELECTED CONTRACTS button
6. Click Save in the PARENT CONTRACT and all documents will be created as part of the transaction
Create the Lead Based Paint Pamphlet within a Detailed Transaction
1. Click the orange link CREATE NEW CONTRACT (for this property)
2. Click on the first Save Time feature, SELECT MULTIPLE CONTRACTS
3. Continue scrolling down the web page to the EPA Brochures category and click the box for 1.a- Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home
4. Once you have checked the box, click on CREATE SELECTED CONTRACTS button
NOTE: Either way the pamphlet is created, it will be for the specific Detailed Transaction and will be added under the Docs Management folder.
