When creating the SOURCE OF WATER ADDENDUM, save time finding the Water Provider information by clicking on the orange save time link, CTM Database.
1. Click on the CTM Database just to the right of the portion of the document where you add the Water Company name and address
2. Search for the Water Company name
NOTE: You may need to try searching by keywords like: "town" or "city" in order to find the correct Water Company
3. Click on the Water Company name and the information will populate into the SOURCE OF WATER ADDENDUM
NOTE: If the Water Provider is not showing in the CTM Database, type the information into the appropriate fields. Then check the box next to Add Water Co. to CTM Database. When you Save the SOURCE OF WATER ADDENDUM, a request will be sent to the CTM Administrator to add the Water Company to the database.
4. Don`t forget to click Save.
