CTM One Users Only:
CTM One features a powerful internal message system for users to communicate effectively and timely. When you select the link, Messages from the Detail Dashboard, you are accessing all the messages that you have sent from the system for that client for that particular transaction.
Email Message Library:
Click the Messages link, then click at the top center, Email Message Library. You can create templated messages to use again and again for any outgoing messages for any transaction.
Create New Message:
First - Click the link, Create a New Message from within the Messages link.
Second - You will be able to choose to email Company Agents, Team Members.....you could type in the email address(es) OR beneath the body of your message, choose the box to the left of current participants from your Parent Contract or the Contact Sheet.
Third - Write your message in the message area and click the blue Send button
Expand (+) It will expand the messages displaying the message contents.
Collapse (-)It will display the message date and time without its content.
Delete: Click on the delete icon to delete a message. (NOT RECOMMENDED)
IMPORTANT: If you need to email contracts/documents, click the eContracts link on the Detailed Dashboard and click the orange link, EMAIL Contracts.
