CTM One Users Only:

You can create a set of Master Custom Deadlines in your account, which you can individually add to any one of your active transactions.

Custom Deadlines are Action Items that you will want to track during your transaction and each one can be set with a deadline date - which you can set up to receive an email reminder and/or add each deadline to the calendar that you look at every day.
