The ability to Create a Counterproposal from an Offer Received is part of eContracts Integration feature.
You will want to review all Integration OR Linking videos for more detail:
1. To access the New Offer Received from you Main Page, first click on your Seller`s Name and then the Property Address
2. Below the eContract(s) that you have created you will see Integration Window or Box displayed
3. Click on the green link Create Counterproposal for this offer
4. The COUNTERPROPOSAL will come up in a new window with the Buyer`s Name(s) automatically filled in
5. Complete the remainder of the COUNTERPROPOSAL
6. Click Save
7. Once the COUNTERPROPOSAL has been signed by your clients, you can email it to the Buyer`s Agent
OR use this preferred method for SHARING documents
8. Click on the green link Allow Buyer`s Agent to View Disclosures/Docs
9. Select the COUNTERPROPOSAL from the pop-up box and click Save
10. This will allow the Counterproposal to be viewed in the Buyers Agent`s eContracts account
11. The Buyer`s Agent will automatically receive an email notifying them that they have access to the shared COUNTERPROPOSAL
12. You will have a record of this email in the Messages link for this Detailed Transaction
13. The Buyer`s Agent may then email it from their account to the Buyers for review and signature
