Utilities - Personal Info

CTM One Users Only:

This edits section allows you to change your personal information, such as: Password, Phone number, Cell number, Email address, and create your Email Personal Signature, etc. Make sure all the information about you is correct.

TIP: There are 3 types of Emails to set up in this section. You will want to review this video to understand the purpose of each.

When sending an email out of eContracts you can add your Photo, eSignature, Company Logo, Website Address, Company name, phone #`s etc. To set up your Email Signature: Click on Utilities and then click on click the Personal Info link. Scroll down to Email Personal Settings and check the box next to the information that you would like to appear in all your emails sent out of eContracts. If you have checked Add my Website Address and/or Add my Personal Message, please make sure you add the website address or personal message in the boxes provided.

You can also upload your photo to your emails. Click on Upload and then click on browse to find your photo on your computer then click Upload Picture.
