Auto Dating Deadlines Template

This feature will save you time by automatically inserting Contract Deadline Dates into any CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL. Additionally, it will automatically check for weekends and holidays before inserting dates into the contract.

This feature will allow you to create and save multiple templates for different types of closing scenarios, such as a 30-Day Closing, 45 Day Closing, MEC or Short Sale, etc.

In the parent CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL, right above the Dates and Datelines section, click on the orange link Auto Dating Deadlines. A window will pop up on your screen giving you access to choose the template you would like to use for this specific CBS Transaction.
