eContracts includes a (cloud storage) Client Database
This database allows us to have ONE point of data entry for all contacts. You can manage your clients, create notes, set reminders based on birthdays or a specific date. The Clients Database can be used to populate your CONTRACTS/ DISCLOSURES/ DOCUMENTS by pulling the information in automatically, eliminating the need to re-type information and reducing data entry errors.
You can access your Clients Database from the Main Dashboard or within any Detailed Dashboard. The first screen you see after accessing the Client Database will show a list of all your clients with the Alphabet. If you would like to see all of your clients, click on the word ALL.
You can choose to view the entries by Ascending or Descending order by client name, company name, street address, phone or by client type.
