Sync Contract Deadlines with Calendar

This feature allows you to sync and track Contract Deadlines and Custom Deadlines on your personal Outlook, Google or iCal calendar.

Under Utilities: Personal Settings you will click on the link for the calendar you wish to set up to track your Contract Deadlines for each Contract to Buy and Sell. Follow the directions for your calendar to synchronize your deadlines.

NOTE: The Google Calendar cannot display deadlines that are older than 2 months and only displays Active and Under Contract transactions.

NOTE: The first step for any calendar is to set up your Contract Deadlines Email Notifications Settings. This link is found in the instructions for every calendar and is also found as a separate link under Utilities: Personal Settings. If you want contract deadlines to appear on your calendar you will need to check the box in the third column on the Contract Deadlines Email Notifications screen labeled Outlook/Google.

If you wish to receive email notifications up to 15 days in advance of a deadline and/or on the due date, you will need to select a number from the drop down for advance notification and check the box to receive an email notification on the due date.

NOTE: If you wish to receive email notifications you must set up an email address in Email2 of your Account: Personal Info screen found under Utilities. This can be the same Email address you have in Email1.
