In our Parent Contracts, you can have up to 8 individual signers and 2 different company/trust/estate/relo etc., names.
In this video, we walk you through how to Add More names (signers) to the Parent Contact once you have filled in the first four fields of the worksheet.
Should you need more than 8 signers for your contract, create the Parent Contract with the 8 signers, then email and have all 8 sign the contract. Then you will upload a PDF version of the contract to the Docs Management folder. Using the SMART Signature Technology, you can add additional signature fields to the PDF document.
If you have an individual who needs to sign the contract but is unaffiliated with the trust, estate, company etc., then you will use the Add More link to separate the signer.
NOTE: Always double check how the signature will appear by reviewing the finished document, clicking on Print Preview/Signature View.
