Many Brokerages using CTM eContracts, have taken advantage of SMART Templating to create specific Company Documents that you may need to add and complete for each of your transactions or are required to upload into your Docs Management folder for compliance and closing out your transaction.
In this video, we will walk you through how to access these company SMART documents from inside an active transaction, locate these documents in your Docs Management folder and edit the form, if necessary, using the SMART technology.
You will easily have access to all Smart Templated Contracts, created by you or your company, in the same way you access all commission and attorney addendum.
When you click on any Create New Contract link you will have a single list of all available Contracts, Documents and Smart Templated Contracts. Be sure to scroll all the way down to the bottom of this web page to see all available forms.
When creating a new transaction, make sure to click on the orange Quick Start feature to create all contracts, documents, disclosures and templated documents at once.
To access a template within a transaction, click on the client's name. Next, click on the address of the property. Then, click on CREATE NEW CONTRACT (for this property) located at the top of the page. If you are adding multiple Smart eContract Templates to a transaction, make sure to click on the orange Select Multiple Contracts link to create contracts, documents, disclosures and templated documents at once.
