When you upload a Readable PDF Documents to your Docs Management or Miscellaneous Docs Management folders, you can edit and enabled for signature/initials using the Smart eContracts feature.
Readable PDF documents are PDFs that have existing fields for text, check boxes, signatures, etc. added to the document. These documents will include agreements or documents you may download to use from an Association or a free docs website. (Lease Agreement(s), marketing tracking tool PDF, etc.)
In this Advanced Features video, you will learn how to edit these existing fields to reassign them to a specific participant or field type.
You will also learn about the Smart eContracts Advanced fields you can add including the following:
- Contact Info
- Text Boxes
- Check Boxes
- Radio Buttons
- Date (not for signature)
- Strike-through Lines and Strike-through Areas
