This feature allows your company to create a customized list of tasks to be completed by a designated user (Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager or Managing Broker) while managing the file.
Users will have access to a “snapshot” view of all tasks being completed, by whom and when.
Accountability and File Completeness is key!
Here`s a breakdown of how the feature works:
Found on the MAIN Dashboard - You`ll see a link for TASKS. When you hover over the TASKS link a drop-down appears with the customized list of tasks for that user, associated with any “turned in” LISTING or SALE.
The number associated with the task name represents the number of transactions that this task needs to be completed for. When a task name is clicked on from the drop-down, a screen will come up listing the properties that task needs to be completed for.
Once the property address is clicked on, a screen will come up with the list of transaction tasks. Check the box(s) for each task that has been completed and click the save button at the bottom of the page. Once saved, the initials for the person who has completed or reviewed the task appears along with a date and time stamp.
When you return to the MAIN Dashboard and hover over the TASKS link, the number associated with that task will decrease until all properties with that task have been completed and reviewed.
