This is the process for turning in your actual "Executed" Listing ~ electronically to the office. You will want to make sure that you "turn in" to the office every signed listing agreement in the time frame outlined by your office policy. You will only submit those contracts which you are under contract! You will not submit any Listing Agreement that has not been signed by all sellers either electronically or with a pen.
Be sure to review the "Getting Started" handout from your office manager and follow all 6(six) steps for "turning in" each transaction correctly but most importantly, complete. This will assist your Office Manager.
Listing changes can be made at any time by clicking the Listing Change link on the right-hand Detailed Dashboard of the transaction. The changes that you are responsible for making are Price, Current Status and Contract Expiration Date. When listing status is changed to Under Contract, all executed sales contracts and disclosures need to be uploaded to the Docs Management Folder, as well.
NOTE: To manage this Listing Transaction , click on the Active Listings or Under Contract link from the Main Dashboard. Click on the address of the listing that you need to manage. The Listing Change New page will appear, and you will now have access to your Detailed Dashboard!
