CTM One Users Only:
You can create your own personal eSignature to be embedded into all contracts/documents. You may never have to sign your name again if you did not want to.
To create your eSignature, go to the Utilities link, then click on eSignature File & Settings and follow the instructions. You have two options:
1) you can sign with a mouse / pen tablet
2) you can download this PDF document, fill out and sign your signature. Then you will scan this form and then email this document to Customer Support. email@example.com
TIP: If you choose to sign the PDF Instructions page, sign your name with a black or blue felt tip pen.
IMPORTANT: By having your professional signature in your account, you will not lock the electronic contracts while completing the document or before you email the document to your client. If your client finds a typo or needs to make a change, you can make all the changes needed. Contracts will not lock until the client signs, saves and accepts their signature electronically.
