We know that the Integration of two transactions is BOTH a powerful and secure feature.
Offer Status: Now you can change any Offer Status to INACTIVE for those multiple offers which are integrated in your account. You will do this as the Listing Agent when there are offers that have not been accepted by your client.
The Buyer`s Agent may also make an Integration Window/Box INACTIVE to break that link and extinguish sharing of documents. By changing the status of an offer to INACTIVE the Listing and Buyer`s Agents will no longer receive Web Signature Email Notifications for Shared Disclosures/Documents.
The Integration features are also disabled and documents previously shared will not be displayed. This eliminates any confusion concerning which active features (or green links) should be accessed to update your transaction or share documents with the other Integrated Agent.
NOTE: You can change the status back to ACTIVE at any time to retrieve and re-activate the Integration Features.
Creating Sub-Folders: All LISTING transactions have the feature to create a sub-folder for each offer received.
By clicking on the orange link at the top left of the Detailed Transaction screen Organize Documents by Buyer`s Name. You may choose to create sub-folder(s) with any name you wish. You might want to create sub-folders labeled Rejected Offers, Title Docs or Buyer Agent Name in addition to or instead of Buyer`s Name.
NOTE: Any folder names you create on the eContracts side will also appear in Docs Management. You can use this feature to organize offers, documents shared from the Buyer`s Agent and documents uploaded from the Title Company.
NOTE: You may wish to make Rejected Offers INACTIVE and then move them to a Rejected Offers Folder.
Quickly Create Disclosures and Folder for an Offer: The listing agent may quickly create a sub-folder and build a set of disclosures enabled for buyer`s signature by clicking on the green link in the Integration Window/Box
Create Disclosures & Folder for this Buyer`s Offer. When you use this green link in the Integration Window/Box, you will be prompted to select which DISCLOSURES/DOCUMENTS you wish to Recreate to share with the Buyer`s Agent.
NOTE: When you use this feature (the green link), the entire Integration Window/Box will be moved into the Buyer`s Folder. You can choose to move an integrated offer directly into any Folder by clicking on the Folder drop down in the Integration Window/Box.
Notes Within an Integration Window/Box: Within the Integration Window/Box there is also a text field that can be used to write notes about details, pertinent information and tasks. This will benefit you as the agent and help keep any team member(s) or transaction coordinator updated regarding this transaction.
