CTM Software is partnered with a variety of insurance companies.
You can now request quotes and insurance services electronically. You can also send your clients the Insurance Quote Form to be completed by your client online.
1. On a Detailed Dashboard click on the Insurance Order link on the right side
2. Click on the appropriate logo denoting the Insurance Company you wish to use. The logos indicate the companies that are CTM Software Network Partners.
3. Click on the drop-down boxes to select branch and representative
4. Click NEXT
5. Choose one of three ways to complete an order
There are 3 ways to order Insurance services. All three are indicated in blue at the top of the order form.
a. You can send to the Insurance Agency your Client information and a representative will contact your client to provide the Insurance Quote
b. Send the Insurance Quote Order Form to your Client. Your client will complete online and send it to the Insurance Agency electronically.
c. The agent will complete this Insurance Order Form and send it to the Insurance Agency by clicking on Send Insurance Order button at the top of the screen
NOTE: If you do not have an email address for your client in your Parent Contract, in Options 1 and 2 you will see a message in red indicating that an email address is needed to complete the task. Even if your CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL or EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL LISTING CONTRACT is locked, you may still open it and type the Client's email address(es) in the administrative section of the contract and click Save. Then the email address(es) will be populated correctly into the eContact sheet, and the Insurance Order process can be completed.
Once an agent completes option #3 (completing the Insurance Order form and sending it to the Insurance company), the following note will appear: Insurance Order Form Order sent to Agency on mm/dd/yy.
