Adding a Frame to Printed Contracts

You may wish to use the PDF Print feature to create a PDF of an electronic CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT.

You may then print this PDF, deliver hard copies to your client, or save the file on your computer to send via email to your client or another participant. Each time you create a PDF version, you may wish to add a nice black frame around the edge of each page to make your documents look more professional.

Follow these steps to add a black frame as a global setting for PDF Print of eContracts:

1. Click on the Utilities link found at the bottom of either the Main or Detailed Dashboards
2. Scroll down your Personal Settings section
3. Click on the link called eContracts Settings
4. Locate Contract Black Frame:
5. Check the box to the left of Add Black Frame to All Contracts in PDF Print Only
 Add Black Frame All Contracts in PDF Print Only
6. Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of this page
