Before creating Electronic Folders and Contracts, it is helpful to become familiar with the design and how to move around your eContracts account. Understanding the difference between the Main Dashboard and the Detailed Dashboard is fundamental to navigating within eContracts.
NOTE: Do not use your browser back arrow in the upper left or the X in the upper right, as that will close down your browser.
If you are on the Main Dashboard, then eContracts is a live link and will bring you back to your main page of Active and U/C Clients. If you choose any link on your Main Dashboard and you want to return to that main page, simply click on eContracts near the top right of your Main Dashboard.
When you click on a Client Name you will see those current and past Transaction Folders displayed. You are still viewing your Main Dashboard.
When you click on an individual Transaction Folder (LIST/SALE or Exclusive Right-to-Buy) you will go into the Detailed Transaction view and in the upper right you will see CTM eContract - Detail.
While inside of a Detailed Transaction if you click on any of the links on the right-hand Detailed Dashboard, the most effective way to return to the list of documents is to click on eContracts on the Detailed Dashboard.
While in a Detailed Transaction, if you open a document, you will see a new tab open at the top of your browser. If you wish to return to the list of documents, you will want to Save the document you are editing and then close that tab only at the top of the browser.
Remember: DO NOT use the browser back arrow or use the X in the upper right, which will shut down your browser.
When you are viewing a Detailed Dashboard and you wish to return to your main page, click on the bold MAIN link on the right-hand side on your dashboard. This will return you to your main page.
