When sending an email out of eContracts you can add your Photo, eSignature, Company Logo, Website Address, Company name, phone #`s etc.
To set up your email settings
1. Go to Utilities
2. Click on Account: Personal Info
3. You will be prompted for your password to get into the personal info screen
4. Scroll to the bottom where you will see eMail Personal Settings
5. Check the box next to the information that you would like to appear in all your email sent out of eContracts
6. If you have checked Add my Website Address and/or Add my personal message please make sure you add the website address or add a personal message in the boxes provided
7. You can also have your photo added to your emails. Just email a .jpg or .tif photo to firstname.lastname@example.org
