You can customize the information displayed in all contracts/documents in Print Preview. You can also make changes to previous selections.
On your Main Dashboard click on Utilities. Then click on Customize your info displayed in the eContracts link.
You can elect to add your company name, company address, your name, title and team name, a phone number and an email/fax. Check the appropriate boxes and select radio buttons to identify what information you wish to have displayed.
Don`t forget to click on the blue Save Settings button at the bottom of the screen.
IMPORTANT: Once you modify these settings, they will be automatically applied to New Contracts. If you want these settings to be reflected into an Existing Contract, you will need to open that particular contract and click save for these settings to take effect.
NOTE: Locked contracts will not be affected by any changes made to your customized information.
