You can create or upload your personal, professional signature to be embedded into all contracts/documents.
To create or upload your eSignature go to Utilities, then click on eSignature File & Settings and follow the instructions. You have three options to create and add your own personal, professional signature.
NOTE: When you have your eSignature automatically applied to all new contracts, then you will not lock the contracts. Unlike signing individually with a mouse or font.
Options To Set Up Your Professional Signature
Option 1 - You can sign in the box using your mouse or fingertip is you have a touch screen. Then you can Save this signature into your account.
Option 2 (recommended) - Print and sign the eSignature Uploading Instructions. Scan this document to your computer and email it to email@example.com.
NOTE: If you choose to sign on a piece of paper, sign your name with a black or blue felt tip pen
Option 3 (new upgrade in 2021) - Upload your own signature file, resize it and crop it to the area specifications. Watch the Signature Upload Video and then click Upload Signature button.
NOTE: To have your signature automatically uploaded to all new contracts, check the box next to Add this eSignature File to All New Contracts and click Save
To Delete your eSignature, go to the bottom of the screen and click on Delete eSignature File
