To save a contract or document to your computer use either the Print All PDF within a Detailed Transaction or the PDF Print option within a specific electronic CONTRACT /DISCLOSURE /DOCUMENT.
The Print All PDF link is located in a Detailed Transaction folder, roughly in the middle of the screen beneath the list of electronic CONTRACTS /DISCLOSURES /DOCUMENTS. If you click on this button, you can pick and choose documents or create a single PDF with multiple documents by using the Select All feature. The Print All PDF can be used to create a PDF of an electronic document and save documents from Docs Management.
NOTE: You will want to be aware of where your computer saves documents. Generally, that will be in your Downloads folder on your computer.
To save a single electronic document to your computer you will use the PDF Print feature located at the top right corner of any open contract. This will open the PDF version of the document and you can then use the Printer icon on the top right to print the document or you can save as a PDF to your computer.
