You will always receive an email when any SMART Contract has been signed electronically by your client(s) and in the case of the Affiliated Agreement or Wire Fraud documents, you will know when the other party has signed or initialed.
Signature Received Email Notifications are sent to the Email address you established under Utilities in the Account: Personal Info link. The electronic address you provide in Email #1 field is the email address that will receive these notifications.
Every Signature Received Email Notification provides the Document/Contract Name, Transaction Address and Signer Name.
NOTE: The Date & Time stamp will reflect in the corner of the email depending on your email reader.

Once the participants have signed, there are a few ways to view the signatures.
Option 1 - From your Web Signature Email Notification, you can click on the Open link. You will be able to see the signature on the PDF document. You can now Print or Download.
Option 2 - Log in to your CTMe Contracts account. Locate the document you wish to view. After the participants have signed, you can see signatures by opening the PDF document link or you can click the Download icon.
