You will always receive an email when any eContract has been signed electronically by your client(s) and in the case of the CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL, you will know when the Sellers have signed or initialed.
Web Signature Email Notifications are sent to the Email address you established under Utilities in the Account Personal Info. link. The electronic address you provide in Email #1 field is the email address that will receive these notifications.
Every Web Signature Email Notification provides the Contract Name, Transaction Address, Signer Name and Date & Time stamp. Once the participants have signed, there are a few ways to view the signatures.
Option 1 - From your Web Signature Email Notification, you can click on the blue CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT link. You will be able to see the signature, HOWEVER, you should not print from the blue link in this email. IF YOU NEED TO PRINT FROM THE EMAIL, click on the PDF Print Only icon. This will ensure that the signatures and the document are printed in the correct format.
Option 2 - Log in to your CTMe Contracts account. Locate the document you wish to view. After the participants have signed, you can see signatures by opening the CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT and clicking on either the Print Preview/Signature View or PDF Print icon at the top right of the document. This will open a new tab where the document can be viewed.
NOTE: You will not be able to view web signatures from the EDIT mode of a contract. You must be in Print Preview/Signature View or PDF Print.
