It is recommended that you encourage your client(s) or signer(s) to contact you if they have any questions on how to sign electronically. Also, make sure they are aware that they have access to this video at any time from within the email they receive from you. In addition, there are written instructions about how to sign electronically located at the bottom of every email you send with eContracts.
NOTE: There are multiple ways your client or any participant of the transaction can sign each eContract. You will want to review this video before you send out electronic contracts.
