When you order Title through your account all our Title Partners have the ability to upload all appropriate Title Documents right into the Docs Management folder for both Agents.
Up to 50 megabytes of information can be uploaded by the Title Company. This means no more hard copies to scan or multiple email attachments to download.
NOTE: For each Title Document uploaded into your client's transaction, you will receive an email notification.
As the Buyer`s Agent - you will want to watch the Integration Video to assure that you Integrate with an eContracts Listing Agent 100% of the time. This way you will always gain advantage and receive title documents right into your transactions Docs Management Folder
As the Listing Agent - you will want to watch the Integration video to ensure that you auto populate the buyer agent's information into the Title Order correctly and upload the integrated offer(s) into your Docs Management, so the Title Company has access to it.
