SALE SIDE: Selling Agent, Buyers, and Listing Agent email addresses are populated from the CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL.
If these email addresses were not entered in the CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL and the contract is locked, you can still enter the Listing Agent, and Buyer's email addresses into the data fields at the bottom of the contract. You can also enter this information into the Closing MLS Info screen located on the Detailed Dashboard.
LISTING SIDE: Seller`s email addresses are populated from the EXCLUSIVE RIGHT-TO-SELL LISTING CONTRACT.
When a listing goes Under Contract, the email address for the Buyers, Buyer`s Agent, Lender and Title Company can be entered into the Closing MLS Info screen located on the Detailed Dashboard.
NOTE: If the Listing Agent is INTEGRATED/LINKED with the Buyer`s Agent, the Listing Agent can click on the green link, Update Buyers and Selling Agent Info in C. Sheet
This link will automatically update the eContact Sheet and Closing MLS Info. Once the eContact Sheet is updated, any participants listed in the eContact Sheet will auto-populate to the EMAIL.
NOTE: If CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS are created and the Title Company Information and Closer`s email address are put into the contact, this will automatically populate to the Closing MLS Info and eContact Sheet for that Detailed Transaction.
To send emails to participants:
1. Check the box next to the name of the participant you wish to receive the email
2. Select the CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT by checking the boxes to the right of each document
3. Click Email Selected Docs button
