1. The email received by a participant will have a hyperlink for every CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT. They can open a document in Print Preview by clicking on the DOCUMENT NAME link.
2. When an email is sent, the participant will receive the email from CTM eContracts, but it will reference YOUR name as agent. After clicking on the link, the CONTRACT/DISCLOSURE/DOCUMENT will open in the Print Preview view.
NOTE: The recipient cannot modify anything in that document unless the document is to be filled out by the participant. If the Web Signature feature is Enabled, the recipient of the email will also receive written instructions and a link to a Video Tutorial explaining how to sign a contract online.
