This feature allows you to add a personal note under your electronic documents so that you can easily track multiple documents with the same name by noting the difference of each.
You will first log into your clients Detail Transaction View. To the right of each electronic contract/document you have created, you will find an icon that resembles a white piece of paper with a yellow pencil.
Click on this icon and a window will pop-up providing you a gray box. You can type information to help you identify how this document is different from others of the same name. This is useful in differentiating Amend/Extends or if you have copy/duplicated a locked contract.
Make sure to click the SAVE Button to save your note.
The added note will be right below the name of the contract. You may have to click the REFRESH link in your detail view to see the note.
NOTE: You are the only person that will be able to see this note.
