This feature allows you to customize how your customer transaction folders are displayed when you access your Main Home Page or Digital Filing Cabinet. Client folders may be displayed in alphabetical order by client`s last name or by property address.
NOTE: If you wish to toggle from the default setting when you are on the Main Dashboard you will want to click on the orange link on the left side just above your list of contracts Display By Address. This will display your contracts by property address only once.
To change the default:
1. Click on the Utilities link found at the bottom of either the Main or Detailed Dashboards
2. Scroll down your Personal Settings section
3. Click on the link called eContracts Settings
4. Locate the Main eContracts Folder Navigation section in the lower half of the screen
5. Then choose which setting you would like:
Display Contracts by Clients Names (default)
Display Contracts by Property Address
6. Click the SAVE button to save your settings
