When you start creating any Parent Contract, which is an Exclusive Right or Sales Contract, be sure to click on the red link: Click here to Enter Company Name / Trust Name
1. A long field box will appear where you will type the name of the company, estate, trust, relo company etc. name
2. Then type the name of each signer, the first name in the First Name field separate from the Middle Name and the last name in the Last Name field
3. Title of Signer: Type in the title of the signer (POA, Trustee, President, Managing Member, etc.)
NOTE: If you are working with TWO companies, trusts etc., click the Add More button in gray, just below the 4th set of name fields found on your worksheet.
NOTE: To Remove a Company Name, highlight the name in the field, click your delete button and then click the blue SAVE button.
