Add Notes For Clients In Your Clients Database

The Clients Database is a powerful tool. To track correspondence with your clients or to stay up on what is happening in your clients lives, use this tool: Client Notes

Click on the Client`s Name to edit your client or add client notes. To add a note, enter the note in the Type New Note box and click the SAVE Button.

If the note is a Referral, check the box: Referral Note

If you would like to be sent an email reminder for this note click on the calendar icon next to the text "Remind me by email on" and select a date for an email reminder.

Editing Notes: Select the note you wish to edit by clicking on the time/date stamp for the actual note below the note box and click to add your courser anywhere inside the note box to edit it. When you have finished click on the blue SAVE button.

If you wish to delete a note, select the note by clicking on the time/date stamp for that note and click the box next to DELETE NOTE

NOTE:  Only the person who created a note can edit or delete that note when logged into their personal eContracts account.
