Up to 8 signers can be typed into any of the PARENT CONTRACTS. In the case of new clients, type the first name in the first name column, the middle name or initial in the middle column and the last name in the last name column.
Adding clients to database: If you would like to add any single signer to your Clients Database from within the Parent Contract, check the box to the right of each name: Add or Update to Clients Database.
NOTE: If your clients are husband and wife, or two or more signers will always sign for a company, make sure to add the first and second clients as one client to your Clients Database by checking the orange box to the right of Add to Client Database: Client 1st and 2nd as one Client. This box is located just above the entry fields for the client names.
Selecting a Client from your Clients Database: Click on the orange link Client Database to the left of the first name field. A window will display your client list, click and highlight the client and click go. All client information, name, address, phone numbers, email, will automatically populate the respective fields on the PARENT CONTRACT once you click the SAVE button.
